Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, Everyone! Today is the start of a crazy couple days. We're about to head over to my parents to do Christmas with my extended family. We do an exchange with my aunts, uncles and cousins. We will then have a big dinner consisting of lasagna and cookies. After my extended family leaves we'll exchange presents with my parents & Emily. Laura & Mike and Andy & Jenn are celebrating X-Mas with us on New Years. At 11, we will be heading over to my Church for their X-Mas Eve service.

On Christmas Day, I'll be picking up Kate and taking her to brunch at her sister, Jenn's house. We will be exchanging gifts with her extended family too, then. We will then stop by my aunt''s house for a little bit in the afternoon before head to Kate's brother Ben's house. We will be having a big dinner and exchanging presents with her immediate family.

All in all, it will be a crazy 2 days without too much chance to relax. Have a Happy Holiday!

Christmas together!

Matt and I had a wonderful Christmas together! The brunch was amazing and when we got home we exchanged our gifts with eachother. I got a TomTom for my car and LOVE it! Its so much fun playing with it. I haven't gone anywhere where I've needed directions but I can't resist playing with it. I've already downloaded some new voices and other features to it. My "big" gift to Matt was the deep fryer off of our registry. I knew we would put that to good use. We've already used it the past 2 days in a row. Good thing we're getting gym memberships otherwise we'd get really fat! haha! We also got eachother various other smaller gifts like DVD's, clothes, jewlery, keepsake ornaments etc... Tomorrow is Christmas eve and I'm sure the gifts will keep coming! We'll spend almost the whole day with Matt's family celebrating and most of Christmas day will be with my family. We do a brunch in the morning then get together again later for dinner. I'm excited about everything I got for everyone. Its fun to recieve but I truly find great joy in giving also. I hope everyone is excited about what I got them too.

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! We'll be sure to post another blog and include pictures from Christmas.

All You Can Eat Brunch Buffet

I'm about to leave to go pick up Kaitlyn. Today we are celebrating our Christmas. With both of our families living here in Rochester, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Years is pretty crazy. Its become kind of our thing to celebrate on the Sunday before. Basically, our itinerary for today looks like this:

1. Go to Church with Kaitlyn at her church (Her church doesn't have an Xmas Eve service, so I go with her today and she'll come with me on Xmas Eve)
2. Head over to Crescent Beach for brunch (Yes, this is where or reception is. We started the brunch tradition before we picked out where our recetion would be. It's kinda cool though that it will be at the same place.) It's an all you can eat brunch buffet. I'll be stacking my plate high with bacon, eggs, belgium waffles, chicken wings, ham and fruit. I will also have like 50000 glasses of Orange Juice
3. Head back to my apart and exchange gifts. Kaitlyn will love what I got her.
4. Head over to my aunt's house for my cousin, Alyssa's Birthday. Wow, I can't believe she'll be 20.
5. Head back home and relax for a little while before going to sleep (Watch the Panther-Giants game on MNF).
